Is there parking?
Yes! There is plenty of free street parking around the streets surrounding us.
Is there a lift?
There is a goods lift you are welcome to use. For instructions on how to use it please DM us.
What do I get when I book the studio?
You will get exclusive access to the entire studio for your own personal use. We will email you with instructions on how to enter the building. You are free to use the drinks area and make use of the refreshments.

£50 Security Deposit (Refundable)
A £50 refundable deposit is required with every booking. It will be returned after your session, provided there’s no damage, no overrun, and the studio is left secure.

If any damage occurs, it will be deducted from your deposit.

Leaving the door unlocked will incur a £10 call-out fee, deducted from your deposit.

If you overrun into the next client’s session, we reserve the right to transfer your deposit to them as compensation based on the time overused.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes! You can reschedule or cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your session.
Discount codes
Discount codes apply only to new bookings made after the code becomes active. They cannot be applied to existing bookings. To use a discount, you’ll need to cancel your original session and rebook.
What happens if I am late or run over my booking?
Late arrivals may not be permitted to make up the time beyond their originally booked time slot. No refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances. Unauthorised overruns may result in additional charges and/or forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Where no subsequent booking is scheduled, a discretionary grace period of up to 10 minutes may be permitted. Any overrun beyond this grace period will incur charges at a rate of £1 per minute, calculated in full from the scheduled end time of the original booking.
Unpacking and packing must be done within your booked time slot. Where a Client’s overrun impacts a subsequent booking, the Studio reserves the right to deduct from the Client’s security deposit an amount equivalent to the number of minutes the Client has overrun. Such deducted amounts may be transferred to the affected client where those minutes cannot reasonably be accommodated or made up after the affected client’s session.
Can I extend my booking?
If availability allows, you may extend your session at £60 per hour, paid via a payment link. All extensions must be confirmed before your original session ends.
Discount codes cannot be used for same-day extensions.
Is there air con?
We have a fan in the studio.
Are you allowed to eat/drink in the studio?
You're welcome to eat and drink in the studio, but please avoid anything that could stain the furniture. Any damage may result in loss of your deposit.
Is there CCTV?
CCTV is in operation on these premises due to previous incidents of criminal damage, unauthorised entry to the studio and issues with theft. Footage is reviewed if damage has occurred, for health and safety reasons, if there are any issues with a booking or when the studio is unoccupied. If you would prefer the cameras are disabled for your booking, please email us before your booking and we can consider this.
